SENIOR ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
JOB POSITION
Summary:
Design, develop, and test hardware and software for
military, space, and industrial applications; integrate Test Program
Set (TPSs) software with multiple platform test systems and other
hardware; perform all phases of the system lifecycle, including
requirements generation, design, implementation, testing,
integration, installation, and documentation; interact with clients
and make technical presentations; ability to work independently and
to work with a team; good organizational skills and attention to
detail; aptitude and desire to grow into project leadership roles;
excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Education/Experience:
Requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years
experience with design of digital and analog circuitry, embedded
software design and development, and design and coding of signal
processing software. Requires a strong fundamental background in
electronic systems, signals, and TPS development. Desired
experience includes exposure to digital, analog, and FPGA design;
simulation software such as MATLAB; programming languages such as
C/C++, Integrated Development Environments such as LabVIEW, and
LabWindows; exposure to both Windows and Linux environments a plus;
and knowledge and aptitude for computer architecture, software
development, hardware interfacing, communications interface
protocols, and IP-based networks. Must have the ability to learn and
adapt quickly and apply knowledge to a wide range of projects and
applications.
