Bill Deegan - Programs Manager

Bill Deegan has over 35 years of experience in and around the U.S. military industrial complex with a strong background in program management and analytical work. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved with a wide variety of major programs dealing with the acquisition of aircraft, automated data processing systems, automatic test systems, information technology, aircraft communications support equipment and legacy system modernization. Bill is a retired Air Force officer and pilot with over 10 years experience in the commercial sector.

As a seasoned manager, Bill contributes to the success of projects either through operations planning, program management or subject matter expertise. He also contributes greatly in the areas of business development, customer relations, proposal writing and business process improvement.
