The Design and Engineering Support Program (DESP) II is an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle managed by Hill Air Force Base, UT. DESP II was created to provide design and engineering/technical support services for the Department of Defense (DoD) Mission weapon systems, components, and support equipment. X Technologies is teamed through Northrop Grumman.
