OASIS LogoOASIS SB is GSA's contracting vehicle for complex, integrated professional services for U.S. federal agencies. GSA's Federal Acquisition Service developed OASIS SB as a Multiple-Award/IDIQ, solution-based contract, that provides a government wide vehicle for efficient task order procurements. OASIS SB provides a streamlined solution for both commercial and non-commercial needs.  OASIS SB has a base period of five years with one, five-year option for a total of 10 contract years. In December 2013, the United States Air Force committed to use OASIS SB in lieu of creating several of its own multiple-award, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) acquisition vehicles.

X Technologies, Inc. (XTI) is a San Antonio, Texas based Department of Defense (DoD) technology services provider with a proven track record of designing, developing, integrating, and supporting complex hardware and software systems.  XTI is a minority-owned, small business,  and employs a diverse staff of engineers, technicians, and cyber security subject matter experts.

OASIS SB is designed to address agencies’ needs for a full range of service requirements that integrate multiple professional service disciplines and ancillary services/products with the flexibility for all contract types and pricing at the task order level.   X Technologies has successfully secured a prime contract position on Pool 3 under the small business portion of GSA’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) multiple award contracts.  The services provided by X Technologies under Pool 3 of the OASIS SB are intended to meet the Engineering Services mission requirements (NAICS 541330) of all Federal agencies, within the Department of Defense (DoD) and National Security Community.

The vehicle is designed to address agencies' needs for professional service requirements that:

  • Span multiple professional service disciplines;
  • Contain significant IT components, but are not IT requirements in and of themselves;
  • Contain Ancillary Support components commonly referred to as ODCs;
  • Require flexibility for all contract types at the task order level including cost reimbursement;and any one or combination of the above.
